1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pixler.dev (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
pixler.dev generates pixel-art images from text prompts using AI models. Free and paid plans provide different daily generation limits, output sizes, and features as described on the pricing page, which may change from time to time.
3. Accounts
Some features require signing in. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know at support@pixler.dev if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Content you generate
Subject to these Terms, you own the images you generate and may use them for commercial purposes, including in games you ship. You're responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you use — don't use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or violates our Privacy Policy or applicable law.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings; changes take effect as described at the time of the change. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
Don't abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls on the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Service "as is"
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated output will meet your expectations.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
